We are in unprecedented times in this great nation. We would like to assure you that we will continue to service the needs of our customers while protecting our technicians and the community at large. Your and their safety is our highest priority.
By implementing the following CDC guidelines we can insure continued service:
- Any team members with known exposure are to remain at home for fourteen days.
- Any team members presenting with symptoms of COVID-19 are to remain at home until cleared by their physicians.
- Social distancing of a minimum of six feet.
- Strict adherence to CDC recommended cleaning and hand washing techniques.
When you call in, our office will be asking if anyone in the home has recently traveled internationally or domestically. You will also be asked if anyone in your home has a fever, been exposed to, or diagnosed with COVID-19. Some technicians will decline entering a high risk home and we will respect their wishes.
Please keep in mind that some of the phone numbers will not be recognizable as the office staff is working from home.
